All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.

The original packaging, including any hanging labels, must be intact and free from defects.

Items with any tearing, damage, or alteration to the packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

 

2-Exchange Procedure:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.

Our team will guide you through the exchange shipping process and provide further instructions

3-Fees:

A return or exchange fee of 100 EGP will be applicable for all transactions.

This fee covers processing and handling costs associated with the exchange process.
